The Track Family Fun Parks in Branson, Missouri
The Track Family Fun Parks of Branson is a collection of five different parks scattered throughout the city, mostly situated along Highway 76, which runs through the center of town. The Track Parks, where the motto is “Where kids feel like grown-ups and grown-ups act like kids”, began with just a single go-kart track and over the years has blossomed to include several tracks as well as many additional attractions, including a park area just for Branson’s smallest visitors.
The pièce de résistance at all the park locations are the signature rides – the go-karts, which ride on unique wooden tracks. The karts are available in sizes that can accommodate visitors as young as four years old, but tracks that appeal to even the most ardent go-kart fan are also part of the fun. The Kiddie Go-Karts are designed especially for children age 4 and older who are at least 38 inches tall. Next, the Rookie Carts offer a quality go-kart experience to anyone 48 inches and taller who hasn’t had a lot of driving experience. There are also a number of classic tracks offered throughout the 5 parks as well as two multi-level wooden tracks, Wild Woody (at Track 3) and The Lumberjack (at Track 5). Accessible to single or double riders, these particular tracks twist and turn, dip and rise, and have been touted as among the most extreme go-kart tracks in the country.
Tracks 3, 4, and 5 also provide visitors with the chance to experience a Bumper Boat ride. Each boat is equipped with a water cannon so riders can squirt each other and cool off during the hot Branson summers. Track 4 also has a dry bumper car ride for those who prefer not to get soaked. Available at an additional charge, brave visitors can also ride the 100 foot-tall Skycoaster. Best described as a skydiving-type thrill ride, it can accommodate up to 3 passengers at one time.
For kids, The Track Family Fun Parks offer Kids Kountry, an area specially designed for little ones, located at Track 3. Here, children can enjoy pint-sized rides like a mini Ferris wheel, spinning tea cups, and much more. There’s also a kiddie mini-golf course at this location.
Two additional miniature golf courses for all patrons are available as well. Gator Golf, a jungle-themed course, is at Track 4, and The Lost Mine, with its old mining town theme, is located at Track 3. At Track 5, you’ll find an excellent 2,500 square-foot laser tag arena that includes a black light maze and many other unique features that appeal to visitors of all ages. Tracks 3, 4, and 5 also have arcades containing both classic and state-of-the-art games.
At The Track Family Fun Parks, guests only pay for the attractions they ride. Upon entering, visitors purchase a Go-Card that contains a pre-determined number of credits. Each ride is worth a certain number of credits and each time you ride, those credits are deducted from the card. The go-kart rides consume about 7-10 credits, mini-golf about 7 credits, and other rides range from 2.5 to 8. Available cards range from just 20 credits for quick visits to 190 credits that can be enjoyed by the whole family. Credits don’t expire so families that visit Branson annually can save unused ones for the following year. Group rates are available with a minimum purchase of 15 passes.
The Track also welcomes guests to come and enjoy their birthday at one of their facilities. Various party packages are available.
