Village at Indian Point in Branson, Missouri
The Village at Indian Point is a lakeside resort and conference center situated on the shores of Branson’s Table Rock Lake. Located about a 10-minute drive from The Strip and all its theaters and other attractions, The Village at Indian Point provides clean and comfortable condominium-style accommodations all year long, many boasting an excellent view of the lake and surrounding Ozark Mountains.
Many of the condominiums at the Village at Indian Point are sold to individual owners who then allow the resort to rent them to nightly or weekly guests. Condos are constantly available for sale and you can view them during a stay at the resort.
Vacationing guests can choose from 2 bedroom and 2 bath units that sleep up to 6 guests or 2 bedroom and 2 bath units with a loft that can sleep as many as 8. The condos include a large living area with a sleeper sofa and television with cable channels; a dining area with a table and chairs; a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, toaster coffee maker, cookware, and plates and silverware; a stone wood-burning fireplace; washer/dryer; private deck; and – in some units – a Jacuzzi tub. Some rental fees also include use of a boat slip.
Aside from the many in-room amenities at The Village at Indian Point, the resort itself also has many amenities to offer. There’s a sizeable indoor pool, hot tub, and children’s wading pool on site and guests may also enjoy the use of a fully equipped fitness room, which includes cardio- and weight-training machines. A small sauna is also there for the guests. Kids will love the game room, which features a pool table, air hockey table, pinball machines, and several vintage and newer video games as well as prize-dispensing games. A business center provides computer and internet access and fax and copying services are available upon request.
A large clubhouse serves as the resort’s conference center and includes numerous banquet and meeting rooms. Gatherings of a variety of sizes can be accommodated here and the resort is becoming popular as a location for both business meetings and social events, including weddings and family reunions.
At the resort’s boat dock, guests can try their hand at fishing. For boat rentals, a marina about a ½ mile from the resort offers a variety of vessels for rent, but rentals are not available at The Village at Indian Point. There’s also a children’s playground on site, basketball and tetherball courts, and several walking trails that wind through the property and provide a good look at Table Rock Lake. Charcoal grills can be found at the barbecue areas at each lodge. The facility has plans to complete a large outdoor pool with water slide, an outdoor hot tub, and a snack bar and will probably add more amenities as the development nears completion.
This resort and conference center also sells tickets to area shows and other attractions at a discount rate and can assist guests in planning their entire stay in the Branson area.
